Hanakawa Maru
The aviation fuel aboard ignited setting the sea and nearby island
of Udot alight, burning down the church of Udot, this was possible
as the ship sank only 500 feet from the island. This is the walkway
down the port side of the ship, facking towards the stern of the
ship. |
